Google Adsense have decided the referral will be given $100 IF the user located at North America, Latin America or Japan when they generate $100 in AdSense revenue within 180 days and they remove all payment holds.  I believed that this is something unfair to the referrals that promotes adsense and now their program become the biggest ppc in the world. However their blog reports that the team have decided to modify the original plan. Can it be trusted? or which original plan they referred to?
