Will Google Adsense Change their referrals plan?Google Adsense have decided the referral will be given $100 IF the user located at North America, Latin America or Japan when they generate $100 in AdSense revenue within 180 days and they remove all payment holds.  I believed that this is something unfair to the referrals that promotes adsense and now their program become the biggest ppc in the world. However their blog reports that the team have decided to modify the original plan. Can it be trusted? or which original plan they referred to?

New Function at Google Adsense – The Allowed Sites List

The Allowed Sites list, which you’ll find by clicking the Allowed Sites link under your AdSense Setup tab, is the place for you to list sites or URLs where you want to allow your ads to appear. Sites that aren’t on your list can still display ads using your ad code; however, impressions and clicks for these sites won’t appear in your reports, advertisers won’t be charged, and you won’t receive any earnings from them.

Its become a question for me. Why i must use this function when i don’t get anything when displaying ads by non allowed list. Can anyone answer this question?
