I have read several article about PayPal, payment processor no.1 in the world that had allowed withdrawal of money in that in account to the account visa and mastercard (including debit card who possess logo visa / mastercard)
I believe with this latest function, paypal users from Malaysia and out-of USA now can withdraw the money from lot easier. No need to open account at singapore or must have a bank account in US as did by certain parties before.
